Using the service
You must provide accurate information, protect your account and use the platform lawfully.

Tickets and events
The organizer remains responsible for delivering the event. Tickets must not be duplicated, and the QR code becomes invalid after the first successful entry.

Cancellations and refunds
Requests follow the policy shown at booking. Ordinary requests less than 48 hours before the event are blocked.

Suspension
Tikiati may suspend an account or content in cases of fraud, abuse, security violations or rule breaches.
