Cancellation and refund policy

Ordinary requests must be submitted more than 48 hours before the event starts.

Refunds are not automatic. Each request is reviewed, and a ticket that has already been used cannot be refunded.

When an event is cancelled, attendees are informed and refunds are prepared for processing.
